Hub 3 Green Light flashing at bottom, won’t connect

Hiya, the bottom green light of my Hub 3 is continuously flashing but I can’t connect to the internet. This has been going on for about 2 hours now and turning on/off hasn’t worked. I’ve checked all the cables are securely plugged in and no issues there either. Any ideas?

    Call the automated number 0800 561 0061 to see if this is a known fault affecting your street.
