HUB 3 Constantly freezing and/or resetting
Hi There. Hoping someone here can help as im at my wits end trying to sort this issue. I have a old HUB3 which ive had for a good 6-7 years or so. Its been fine but recently it has started freezing with a red LED or just restarts itself. Some times I have to physically turn it off and on. It looses all connection to all devices and is unable to be found on my wifi list etc.
I have tried numerous times to get a replacement from VM over the space of a few months and i am just getting nowhere. All i am offered is basic reset information or I am promised a replacement but nothing ever arrives. Its getting annoying now and im at a loss where do i go from here apart from cancel the service.
I have tried multiple phone numbers with no success. The web chat is slow and cumbersome and once i get through its the same basic questions like resetting the device. I have been through and i Have been promised an order for a replacement HUB but again...nothing. No confirmation or delivery.
Does anyone have a phone number to get to a real human who is going to follow up on a replacement?
