Hub 3 constant red light
We have a hub 3 with a constant red light for the past 6 weeks. Internet and TV appear to be working OK, but the red light remains even after a reset.
Trying to speak to someone is impossible, the best I could get was an online chat where I was told it was because Virgin Media are carrying out updates to the network and I shouldn't worry
Checking out the posts on this community I'm not sure what the helpdesk told me was correct, but there are no recent posts
Anyone know what is going on - red lights on other posts have indicated an error with the hub, possibly overheating
