Hub 3.0 flashing green light on bottom

We set up our virgin media box yesterday and it has remained flashing green at the bottom for the entire time. We made sure that the plugs are tight and correctly fitted in and we have also contacted the service status line for area faults which we were told there were none. When I go onto my virgin media service status hub it says that "The kit in your home isn’t set up properly". However, when I click fix issue it just takes me to a blank page. I have tried contacting virgin media services over phone and have been unable to reach anyone.

When our Hub 3 has a flashing green bar ( often with flashing green arrows ) it means the VM Network has gone done down, or is not connected to the street cabinet.

You may need an engineer to deal with any cabling issues or missing parts.

Try the Pre-installation and delivery team on 0800 052 1734.

Explain what needs to be done and book an engineer visit.

I've tried that as well but each time I call and am asked to click a certain number so they can direct me to the correct team I'm automatically disconnected.
