Hub 3.0 - Flashing Green Arrows

Hi,

My hub 3.0 has the green WiFi logo solid, the light at the bottom is solid green but the arrows are flashing green.

I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and nothing is working, so have booked a tech in.

Question I have: based on the symbols, would it work if I put it into Modem mode and connected up to another router? Was thinking of buying one anyway, but was thinking could grab one tomorrow if this would allow me to connect to the WIFI lol.
