Hub 3 - Red light permanently on

Hi,

On the Hub 3 we've had a red light permanently on for a few weeks now. I contacted someone from VM and they advised that the router might be doing a firmware update which would resolve the issue... Unfortunately nothing seems to have changed. I've done all the suggested things like restarting the router and have done a pinhole reset as well but still have the same problem. In the last week the connection also seems to have been less stable than it usually is too.

Please could you advise whether we need an engineer visit or hub replacement.
