How can I report a problem with VirginMedia box outside my property

Hello,

I live in on the 1st floor of a "maisonette" building and the virgin media connection comes into the base of the building in the front garden (which isn't my garden), anyhow I've noticed the box looks for my connection now looks this and I have no idea what's happened? The neighbour below was mowing the grass a couple of weeks ago and since then I've also noticed I've had connection issues with the broadband in general and the TV picture has started to stutter - can someone please come out and look at this? Thank you, John

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

    Sorry to hear you're having service issues and the cover to your omni box has been damaged.
