Hot Wifi Pods

I have noticed that my Virgin Octagonal Wifi pods in house have been getting extremely  hot . I have had to unplug them for safety concerns.  Now my wifi in my house

is not great. I have tried moving them to different plugs sockets and  they are still very hot . How can I get these  replaced quickly please?
