Hi, I am connected to the hub full bars but no internet

Hi

i am connected to the hub but it states no internet connection

 

I have contacted customer services who took me through some resets (which I had already done) was told to wait overnight which I have and it’s still the same. I work from home and this is creating havoc. 

Any help would be great

    Connected via Wi-Fi & then no internet access is what you would see
    if Wi-Fi Pausing has been applied to your device.
