If you mean how do you connect your devices to the hub, there should be a sticker underneath with the wi-fi network name and wi-fi password.

Alternatively, rename the new SSID and password to be the same as the old Hub. This will save you having to reconnect your devices to the new SSID and password.

Hello isobelbrockett
Thank you for raising your connection query following the recent hub replacement, welcome to the community.
If you have a new Hub it will have a different connection name and password for the wireless network from the previous Hub which may be still stored on the devices you use. To connect you would need to use the new details (located on the sticker on the back or base of the hub).
Or as Adduxi has said you could change these to match the ones used previously if you still have that information available. These too would be located on the sticker on the back or base of the old hub.
