Help please.

I keep testing my broadband and it says everything looks great, but it clearly isn't. I'm in my home office. My printer keeps disconnecting from the wifi and the tv in here is unable to connect. Frequently when I'm working the connection drops out. I updated my contract so that I could get 3 wifi pods but these have never been sent and it is impossible to contact Virgin, you just get sent to help pages which do not help. I am becoming exasperated. can anyone help with the provision of my 3 pods? Thanking you in advance.

    We can help you with this request. Now if you are a Volt or Gig1 customer you are eligible for 3 WIFI pod, but these must be ordered a week apart. 

    If you are happy to continue into private message we can investigate this further? 😀
