Good Internet but devices not working well
I have a Hub 3 and been connected to Virgin for around 3 months. The hub speed is around 260MB and devices around the house pick up speeds from 30mb to 150mb. We have daily issues with devices freezing, devices such as Xbox, Sky Glass and Stream and phones. When I test the Internet, it's decent enough. It's like the devices and router just don't know how to talk to each other. Customer services can't help me as they are no faults. Any suggestions or help please??
I had sky broadband before this with max speeds of 64mb and the connectivity was better than this.
