Getting technical support
Has anyone any idea how to get through to someone who can help.
We've not had functioning TV for a week and intermittent broadband and even the phone line keeps dropping off.
I'm sick to the back teeth of being sent texts to links, having some bot repeatedly not responding and the general lack of humanity in VM customer service.
We finally had an engineer comes last week, lovely chap, but couldn't fix the fault. A network issue and said it would be resolved the next day and he would call to confirm everything was working. Inevitably nothing happened and another weekend of no service.
Ive been with VM since the Telewest days but this is getting to be the last straw.
