Funny yellow light

Yesterday our fibre broadband went down.   Went through the steps to reboot it (Media Hub 5) and nothing has worked.  After the initial white light on the hub it goes to a flashing yellow colour which i've not seen before and no internet.

I have noticed that the power supply to the COAX splitter/converter has a light on it, which i think normally is a stable green.  That PSU is now blinking green.  Could this be the source of the issue?

I run my business from home and no internet is a massive issue - any help hugely appreciated.

  • That plug provides power to the outside wall box that converts fibre to coax, so yes, if the light is flashing you will have issues with your services:

You'll need to use your backup connection whilst waiting for VM to reply to your thread, which I assume you have running a business on a residential connection that has no SLA (Service Level Agreement).
