Flashing Yellow Light

Got the lovely flashing yellow light on the hub. Booked an engineer, next available appointment is Saturday, also got a lovely text threatening me with a £25 charge if nobody over the age of 18 is in. So, how do I let them know that they will get a charge of £125 if they cancel or the technician is late?

I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your router at the moment and we hope that the engineer visit has gone well and your services are back up and running or they're due very soon. If an appointment is missed you would be due compensation in the amount of £31.19.
