Failure to attend installation appt
Had a failed installation on Saturday 16th - engineers didn’t turn up. Received differing information over the phone - one agent saying the the field engineer had cancelled the install due to us living on a busy road?! and mention of a nearby tree not on our property another saying this made no sense and to rebook and providing a new date (27/3/24). Is there anyway to get up to date info as to what is happening?
