Everything down

No internet and no tv. Got a txt message to say there is an outage and about an hour ago, another txt saying it's fixed. It's not fixed, still no Internet and tv. Someone sending that 2nd txt is at it.

  • 13.30 and still down. With everything connected to the internet, i have hive, ring camera and shortly the phone, when it goes down, we have nothing. Thank god it's not winter so i don't need the heating and i have a mobile, some people won't.

    Compensation is only due after a total loss for 48 Hours.  Keep records just in case.  Hopefully it will be sorted quickly.  Try checking with Area faults on  0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

  • Update from virgin. No internet and tv till tomorrow morning 11.05. Over 24 hrs without both. I find it strange it's 48hrs for compensation as I'm paying to use the internet and watch tv today. Shocking from virgin.
