360 wiped everything

I can't find a way to complain that 90% of my recordings have been wiped. I couldn't watch soaps last night as they'd all gone. I can watch on catchup but all the other stuff, that isn't so recent, has gone. I'm absolutely furious. What have I paid for? What's the point of the box, or recording? I can't even get through to a person to discuss this, just an automaton. All I did, after I couldn't get my soaps, was to close the box down and restart. This morning, it was the same: I couldn't watch anything, so I turned the box off, at the remote control, and when I restarted, all my recordings and planned recordings were gone. I've only had the box since April 2025. Who can I call to speak to an actual person? Thanks.

  • Hi Hermione22 thanks for posting although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.

    It does sound like that your box has malfunctioned unfortunately, which can happen with the technical nature of equipment and we are very sorry about this.

    Since the restart and subsequent wiping of your recordings, are you able to record as normal? 

    As all we can do here would be to replace the box, which would come with a new hard drive - sadly we'd be unable to retrieve your recordings if they have been deleted.
