Emailed saying Hub not returned

Hi

Got my Hub upgraded with the new one sent out. Sent the old one back via the Yodel packaging over a week ago and just got an email to say "Please return your unused Virgin Media equipment" ???

    I believe it can take up to 14 days before VM’s systems 'catch up’ and they acknowledge receipt of the hub.

    If you check with Yodel, do they say that the package was delivered to VM?
