Disney + failure on wifi

Hello, 

Disney plus was working. Then it wasn't - 1026 error message on any device that tried to open the app / website connected to the wifi.   My mobile phone app works fine when not connected to the wifi.  Have tried deleting plus reinstalling on the TV, but can't reinstall due to an error message. Haven't tried reinstalling on the phone because it works when not on the home wifi. I have tried turning the box off and on. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Are you using a VPN?  This can prevent access to the app.

    I'm afraid you can't reset or reinstall the app on VM's set top boxes.

    error 1026 can be due to your actual IP address not being accepted at the Disney+ end, and  as per this Sky users post In that instance Disney's technical support took a note of the users public IP address and they reset the Disney+ Sky Q app to work with that IP.

      Thank you. I should have really said in my post that there's no VPN.
