Damaged fibre cable
We were told by the VM installation engineer that the cable to the house was showing a measurement of -30 (not sure what units). He said he had booked in for the cable to be replaced, but it took 3 months to be installed the first time. We now have no Broadband at all and the hub is showing a slow pulsing white light, which other posts suggest is due to the faulty cable, what should we do? We were given a dongle whilst we waited for the first installation but O2 has really poor signal in out area, so it doesn't really work.
