Damaged internet cable

So the dog has decided to chew the wire that goes into the wall internet box thingy. Do I need an engineer to come out and replace it? It’s the wired and the clip end.

    You certainly do. 

    The primary place to report faults or for service requests is Customer Services on 0345 454 1111/150 if you have a VM landline or wait two or three days for a VM staff member to get to your post. This board is not a fault reporting system.

      Tried contacting them. I can’t seem to get through to an actual person.

        When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and hopefully you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.

        The other option is to wait here for one of the forum team to respond which might be 2 to 3 days.
