DAMAGED CABLE ON VICARAGE ROAD WOLVERHAMPTON WV2 1DT

CANT LOCATE AN EMERGANCY CONTACT NUMBER TO INFORM

    Is this affecting your (or other's) connection?

    Check in 2 places

    1) Try the “check service,”Area status webpage (https://www.virginmedia.com/help/service-status)

    2) Then also Try the “free & automated” Service Status number - 0800 561 0061 - which usually gives the most up to date info. and tells you of more local issues and fix estimates, down to street cab/ postcode level.

    If so but not in those two places -  report it in the usual way on 150 (VM line)  or 0345 454 1111 others (national rate). See what they say when they test your connection.

    Are you reporting because it is you/your organisation that has damaged the cable?

  • it is fine, i got through to a customer service help on whatsapp and they ensured the correct team will be sent to site to rectify - would highly recommend an emergency works number as it took me 2 hours to report a damaged cable..

     

    others would have just left it !
