"critical" Network Log Errors

Hello hope everyone had a great New Years,

was wondering if anyone could help me, I recently upgraded to the 1gig broadband package with the new Hub 5 router but I've been having some internet troubles, I've logged into the routers web page and I can't figure out what the problem is, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

    What "troubles" are you having exactly?  On both wifi and ethernet connections ?

    Also, If you haven’t already, set up a free, secure and “offlsite” - “Broadband Quality Monitor” to continually monitor the state of your connection and record any true network dropouts , latency issues, packet drops, etc - it will thus allow you to differentiate between those and simple wifi dropouts. It does it 24/7/365 and it keeps a visual record of any/all of your network disconnections, useful data to have to match to the Network logs (in your Hub settings) and also in discussions with VM - note it will take a few hours to start seeing a sensible picture - post up the “link” to the “share live graph”. Click the lower link (Share Live Graph) then, click generate. Copy the text in the Direct Link box, beware, there may be more text than you can see. On here click the Link icon (2 links chain to the left of the camera icon) In the URL box paste the link you copied and then click OK

      Just general sluggish internet, youtube videos buffering, twitch streams quality lowering, voice lagging in discord calls, ping spiking during gaming sessions (only the PC is connected to the router by Ethernet Cable and I always make sure nothing is downloading while using it).I've always had issues with VM tbh, I managed to get an engineer booked for Wednesday hence the late replies.

      Edit : I've had a BQM setup since the upgrade and it's been pretty stable until recently, gonna attempt to post the links now lol.

    do you have problem when hub in modem mode?

    I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your connection, I have been able to locate you on our system and can see that you've had a technician visit since you last posted, was the visit succesful and have all of your issues now been resolved?

      Sadly not much has changed, still getting random ping spikes and disconnections, checked the router and the same errors are appearing, still have no idea what they mean.

        Thanks for coming back to us Aaron20059.

        Can you please confirm if this is still ongoing?

        I've been able to look into the local area, as well as the the router stats and there doesn't appear to be any issues flagging.

        Have you perhaps set up a BQM to keep tabs on the status of the connection?
