My broadband is constantly dropping out for short periods multiple times a day, making streaming TV shows annoying and online game gaming almost impossible. It has been happening from time to time for months but is now bordering on unmanageable and if not fixable must be a breach of contract.

I'm sorry to hear you've been having trouble with your Broadband speeds.
I've had a look on our side and I can't see any issues which could be causing an intermittent connection. Do you have any hard wired connections to the Hub that are also experiencing drops? If you've also been able to set up a BQM link as suggested by Cardiffman282, please feel free to share the live link here so we can take a look.
