Constant small packet loss dips in SS2

For the past week ive been getting persistent little spikes in packet loss and I am noticing it ingame.

Is there currently an issue in my area, no point in calling up as I never get anywhere and now the tech support has business hours so if my internet went completely off after 5pm there is nobody to call.

    I feel you pain I am going through the same thing.. and again it will be a never ending cycle of send an engineer, they don't find anything reply back to forum, then they leave it so long you have to pass security again, I have to spend hours swapping to router mode so they can 'run some tests', they say they don't seem right, they send an engineer who does not know why they are there and can see no issues as it is 'all green' on their litte hand held.. repeat etc..  Last time took 18 months and 13 engineers to look at it..so hope all goes well for you soon..

      They found the problem before, the problem is none of these people talk to each other and nothing is noted on my account as to what a problem was and its resolution.

      This was the last time after a year of chasing and having multiple engineer call outs and every single time BEING IGNORED, I don't understand what is so hard to grasp the concept of a recurring issue that exhibits in the exact same way needing further engineer visits when the problem has been reported, identified and resolved before.

  • Ok, now ive had enough, has someone contacted the networks team to actively monitor the node or what

     

    Your departments better start sharing information or im going to find out who to escalate a complaint to.
