Constant Loss of internet and bad TV signal
I am in Birmingham and for the last 2 - 3 months have had constant issues with my Internet. Although had constant problems for a while longer.
Do the 'status update' and have the intermittent signal in your area, and then your hub isn't connected properly, the engineer installed it!
I have had 4 engineers out, a new hub installed but still getting intermittent signal. It is so annoying. I work from home 2 days a week and am using my phones data because my Internet will drop mid call!
The TV is constantly pixelating, not just on the usual channels like GOLD but also BBC and ITV.
I have been with virgin 10 years plus, seriously thinking about leaving now!
