Connect App

HI,

Am going spare trying to log in to this app to control the wifi.

Am being sent in an endless loop of sign in, we don't recognise, verify your email, we can't find your email, link your 02 account, we can't find that password, change your password. 

It did not used to be this difficult. It's ridiculous. 

Please can some share some  insight before I explode!

    What do you want to do with the app that you can't do with the Hub's admin console?   You can control the Wifi and everything else via the console.

  • I can't get in the hub either. I want to be able to lock/pause various gadgets at certain times as and when the need calls for it. e.g. blocking x box usage. 

     

    However, I would still like to be able to access the app. I cannot log into any app/website for VM currently actually, even to log in and see my bills etc. This Virgin and o2 ID is causing issues.

      Adduxi is right.. ditch the App and log into the Hub and do it all from there.  To log in....

      In your browser’s URL, just type in 192.168.0.1  if you are in normal router mode, or, type 192.168.100.1 if in modem mode.    Make sure you enter the Hub password and not the wifi password - both are printed on the Hub base sticker.
