connect app

It won't let me pause devices, I have kids and I want to pause there devices at night so they get a goodnight sleep

    Current laptops and mobiles can rapidly evade Wi-Fi pausing via MAC Address Randomisation.

    Education of acceptable use is a good idea to avoid time squandered on social media when at school.

    Your kids will have learned more about this that you, and will always find a way round it..

    If they won't switch off at bedtime then they must hand over their devices when they go to bed.

If you are still facing issues could you let us know if there are any error codes or messages, or just no action from the pause button.
