Cannot connect to Signal when using Virgin Media

Since 16 Apr, I am not able to connect to Signal (Messenger) whenver connect to Virgin Media broadband wifi. I have iPhone and Android mobile tested. Both are not working when connecting with wifi. It works immediately if we switch off the wifi and switch to 4G.

I have a LinkSys wifi router. As a test, we setup 8.8.8.8 as DNS but still the same.

I have turned off child and virus protection in Virgin Media setting but still not helping.

Why Virgin is blocking Signal?

    I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the signal on the Virgin Media hub.
    Can I ask that you try with the Virgin Media router only and see if the signal works there?
