Broken junction box

Please could you advise on how to have the broken junction box with damaged & exposed wires repaired please? I have already called the call centre to report and was assured an appointment with an engineer would be raised within 48 hours (which was originally reported on 28.02.2025). Many thanks.

    We aren't able to use what3words. For us to be able to raise this with the team on our side, we'll need all the following requested information;

     

    •   Street address + nearest house number

    •   Full postcode

    •   A photo of the equipment

    Please post a photo to allow VM to assess the damage.  If you wait here a day or two a VM Mod will pick this up and discuss.
