Damaged outdoor junction box

Hi - The outdoor cover to our Virgin Media junction box has been damaged for some time, but now it has blown off in the wind and will no longer go back on. Can this please be replaced? Picture below.

    Sorry to hear your omnibox cover has broken. Please join me on private message so I can locate your account and pass account security to get a technician out to fix this for you. You can see your private messages at the top of the page, in the envelope icon or if you're using a smaller device, you can see your private messages by clicking on the Virgin Media logo at the top right and select 'Messages' from the drop down.

        We're sorry to hear you need a repair for your external omni box. This is something we can arrange for you. I just need to confirm the address to ensure we are booking the visit on the correct account. I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
