Broadband keeps disconnecting.

My broadband has kept dropping out until I have reset my hub, tonight I have noticed the power button on the hub is faulty, when switched back on you notice the white light on the front of the hub going out while touching the button, I need a new hub.

    Hi wilson777777,

    It can take 2 or 3 days for an agent to respond.  Your last post asking for an agent to respond has probably pushed any possible reply/response further down the queue as the oldest ones are replied to first.

    If you want a quicker response then you should call  150 from a Virgin landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone, option 2 (Faults)
