ATOM is restarted as part of Self Healing Mechanism

Hi,

I'm getting the message 'ATOM is restarted as part of Self Healing Mechanism' and getting no help from the Tech team.

I've had two engineer visits but still having multiple internet dropouts a day. This is not WIFI related.

Has anyone got any ideas what this could be?

Cheers

    CPU in hub is knackered.

ATOM are the cpu cores that the chipset uses.

You are going t need a new hub.

All your stats are fine by the way.

Possibly not terminal situation, message just means that the firmware has restarted one of the CPU cores due to an error. It may well be a recoverable error. What other problems are you still having? Perhaps it might be best to do a pin hole reset and see what happens.

Given up with this error. Seems if you have VM in your house you just have to live with this crap.

Techs have been out numerous times, hub number 3 is now here, ATOM virtually every day with associated WiFi drop outs.

Been escalated to Senior Tech, various Teams, Area Manager, still not resolved after 5 months.

If I run multiple Ping Tests to their Server I get responses varying from 8 - 47 msecs. That says to me that the network is extremely unstable. Not at all what you would expect on full fibre.

Very soon I'm going to tell them to take it out & I'll go back to TalkTalk, their network never fell over once in the 4 years I was with them.I guess you get what you pay for....

Anyone got a solution to this that has worked ? Is replacing the faulty Hub 3 the only solution ?
