Assistance Needed: Unable to Connect New Router
Hello,
I received the new router Hub5 yesterday but haven’t been able to connect to the WiFi. The box mentioned that I need to set it up within 5 days, after which the old router will be disconnected. I’m quite worried, as I work from home and rely heavily on a stable internet connection. I’ve checked the website for contact details but couldn’t find any, and now I’m not sure what to do next. I’d be very grateful for any help.
