Additional wifi pods

Hi,

I have seen other threads on this topic - wasn’t sure how to add to that (first time on here) - I have a similar issue. I have one WiFi pod which works well but have black spots in a couple of other places in the house but am struggling to see where I can order 2 additional ones. Seem to be going round in circles on the website, app and the chat.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. 

    Sorry to hear you've not been able to order an additional WiFi pod. When you run the checks on the Connect App, do you see any recommendations to improve your WiFi? You should be able to run the speed test over the Connect App, then if the speed is below the minimum we guarantee over WiFi, you can order pods through the Connect App. 

    Keep us posted what happens when trying these checks and tests over the Connect App, and if you need further support, we'll be here. 😊

      Thanks for reply - when I run the test, the results are not lower than 30mb so I am guessing that is why the option is not appearing. However, despite the results, the speed is not strong enough to support streaming or video calls. As I am paying for the Gig package, I am regularly getting speeds of 750mb across the rest of the house - so the drop to 30mb to get a WiFi pod seems a little unrealistic. Am I able to get 2 additional pods even if the speed is greater than 30mb on my black spots?
