8 days without broadband

So broadband dropped out 2 hours after installation. Engineer visited on Monday saying it needed a network engineer. 24 hours later network engineer confirmed no connection to property but couldn't fix it alone. After escalating to the complaints department, have been promised expedited engineer visits for the past 2 days, but these have not happened.

Truly appalling customer service.

    Sorry to hear you are still having issues with your connection following installation, and a return engineer visit which identified further works were needed to get it resolved.  

    It sounds like you already have an appointment booked in with the works that need completing - so we are limited in what further help we can provide at this stage. Hopefully the appointment takes place ASAP to get you re-connected. 

    Please do keep us updated, and we can always offer further help with your complaint once the connection issue has been sorted (although we'd recommend sticking to one thread to get a faster response!)
