I have a very poor WiFi signal in two areas of my home. As I'm on the Volt plan, am I eligible for free WiFi pods? If so, could you guide me on how to order them? There isn't enough information on my account or virgin media site to complete the request.

Thanks for posting and sorry to hear you're having some connection issues.
Have you downloaded our Connect app ? It will allow you to scan each room for WiFi blackspots then prompt you t9o arrange a pod if needed.
