Volt not activated

Volt benefits have been applied with o2 but not on the virgin media side. My account still shows that Volt is inactive on my virgin media account.

    Sorry to hear you are having issues with your Volt benefits on the Virgin Media side. We would be happy to take a look into this for you. Please keep an eye out for an envelope at the top right corner of your Forum page. Let me know if you have any issues locating this.
