Volt help please

Hello, is there anyone available on here to help me get my free Volt upgrade internet speed please? O2 confirmed it was active from their side 14 days ago but it’s not showing on my Virgin account. Thank you.

    Wonder why 02 can action the benefits straightaway yet Virgin Media can’t/ won’t and have to chase it!!! I’m not the only one by reading past posts on here
