Volt benefits not activated on the Virgin Media side. O2 working for months

Same as many others I think.

I have my Volt benefits working on the O2 side and have done for a few months, every time I try to log into O2 from the My Virgin Media app to set it up on the Virgin side, I log in successfully but get Error 500 'something went wrong'. This has been a consistent error since February. 

Please help get this working as I have patchy WiFi throughout my house and work from home. Very disappointed with Virgin Media so far.

    Welcome to the Community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your Volt benefits being added.

    Have you reported this issue to the team previously or is this the first time? What is your current broadband speed?

  • Hi Steven, 

    This is the first time, it's very difficult to find information on Volt. One path led me here and I saw other's seemed to get help so I commented! We get 350 MB at the moment (On paper, in practice it's very dependent on where we are in the house. In some rooms we can't even connect - and it's not a big house).
