Volt Add On

Hi

When I first joined virgin I was told we didn’t qualify for Volt add ons to broadband speed because my partners address on her O2 account was not the same address as the one we live in (despite O2 providing the volt add on to her mobile account)

My partner has now updated her address to match the one on our Virgin account

Please can someone get in touch so we can activate Volt broadband add on?
