Virgin Volt Benefits Not Received

Seems I am on the boat with maaany others with this but I received my Volt benefits from O2 but never from virgin. It has already been 15 days, it would be great to be contacted by a customer service person for this. Thanks

  • Just wanted to update my own thread:
    After a brief 40minute wait after our private chat with @Daniel_Et who opened a ticket for me to the relevant department

    I have received my Volt benefits as promised!

    In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
