Volt benefits not yet received

Hi, I recently had Virgin Media installed on 28th July while my wife has had an O2 contract several years. To date we haven’t received any notification of Volt received any notification of any Volt upgrades to either our O2 or Virgin accounts.

I have checked the addresses on both the O2 and Virgin bills, and the only difference I can see is that the O2 address contains a county whereas the Virgin address doesn’t. Could somebody take a look please?
