Signed up to ultimate volt bundle, not received sim card.
Signed up for a new virgin contract(volt mega bundle) which includes a sim card on the 22nd of July & never received my sim card.
Spoke to virgin media today, who are now saying it never included an o2 sim and keep disconnecting the online chat.
I do have screenshots of arranging the new contract, so I'm really at a loss.
Does anyone know how I can contact virgin directly, preferably to someone who won't disconnect?
