No option to activate Volt
Sounds like a repeat of many other posters, but I recently joined Virgin Media in my name, my partner has an O2 pay monthly SIM and we need to activate Volt. MyO2 says not eligible, and say it's on Virgin, so got in touch with Virgin who tried to sell me a speed upgrade! When I clarified, they then said it needs to be applied or activated via O2.
Tried to get back in touch with Virgin but was directly to Whatsapp and not had any response for days now.
So now I'm stuck between the two and not sure where to go - hoping a mod can pick this up and help!
Checked the addresses and all match, it's only the names on the accounts are different which I thought might be the issue but of course both are registered to the same household.
