No broadband volt boost after 5 months

Hi, I changed my contract in May. I received my O2 data boost within about a week. But still no broadband boost. I went onto the chat several times. I then called up, which was no help whatsoever. So I put in 2 complaints, still no joy. I then requested access to my webchats, when I signed up. Which were slightly helpful. But did not display the image of the speeds I was shown at the time of taking the contract. Can anyone help in this matter, before I take my complaint further with the ombudsman.

    If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.

  • Daniel_Et was excellent, first class service 👏 👌.  My problem was resolved in one day after many attempts with customer services on the web chat, phone and 2 complaints over a 5 month period.

    This is definitely the place to come if you have a problem with your virgin package.
