New Virgin Media customer, old O2 customer
Hi,
I just received and activated my new Virgin media hub. As a current O2 user, I know that I am entitled to volt benefits ie extra data and higher wifi speed. My first question is how do I know if this has been applied and secondly, do I need to call virgin media to tell them I am an O2 customer or is it automatic? Thank you.
