Netflix Veification Email

Can anybody help me with me receiving the Neflix verification email please? I have had the top volt package for the last 2 months and this has been going on for too long now as I am paying for something I am not receiving and the email is always on its way when I talk to the help team. I can send thw Whats app chat info if required.

    Can you let us know if this was for free Netflix on your package?

    Was it for Standard Netflix or Premium?

  • Thanks. yes it is, I have the top volt package so its just the standard inclusive package of free Netflix that comes as part of the volt package.

  • Just to update on this, though I got emails approving Netflix, I never received a link, so a year on we all wasted our time!
