Help with not having volt speed boost yet!

Hi, I joined Virgin media in early June and have a broadband package along with an o2 mobile contract. I’m getting the double data over at o2 but my internet speed has not been doubled yet by virgin. Every time I select get ‘volt benefits’ in the virgin media app it just take you to a broken page that doesn’t load. As usual you can’t speak to anyone to get this resolved.

    Sorry to hear you've not yet received your cable Volt benefits. It can take up to 14 days after your O2 benefits are added, for your speed boost to be applied. Can you please let us know when your data was doubled? If it has been over 14 days we can certainly help with this.

      Hi it was probably about 3 weeks ago or so, maybe longer.
